£24,000 Basic Salary | Uncapped £55,000 - £60,000 OTE | Main Dealership

42 Hours Per Week
Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm | Weekend Rota
Our client, a prestige main dealership, is looking to recruit an ambitious and driven Car Sales Executive to join their successful and expanding sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a premium automotive retailer, representing a highly desirable product range with genuine uncapped earning potential. Whether you already have motor trade experience or come from another high-performing sales background, this role offers excellent career development within a professional dealership environment.
With a team of six Sales Executives and continued growth plans, our client is looking to appoint four additional Sales Executives to support increasing customer demand.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve and exceed new and used vehicle sales targets.
* Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
* Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
* Manage the full sales process, including finance and value-added products where appropriate.
* Maintain accurate customer records using the dealership CRM system.
* Respond promptly to telephone, online and showroom enquiries.
* Maintain excellent product knowledge and keep up to date with the latest vehicle technology and offers.
* Ensure all compliance and dealership processes are followed.
About You
We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
You'll ideally have:
* Previous experience in a sales role (motor trade experience is highly desirable).
* A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A professional, enthusiastic and customer-focused approach.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
