Location: Bury (with travel between Bury and Salford offices as required)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, client-focused Conveyancer to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload. Working with the support of the Department Head, you will enjoy autonomy while guiding clients through their property transactions from instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently.

* Provide outstanding client care by telephone, correspondence and face-to-face meetings.

* Liaise with clients, solicitors and third parties.

* Prepare letters, reports and legal documents.

* Utilise the firm’s case management systems to deliver an efficient service.

* Support and mentor colleagues where appropriate.

* Contribute to business development and represent the firm at networking events.

Requirements:

* Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload.

* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX professional, or working towards a relevant qualification.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems (Proclaim experience desirable).

* Excellent communication, organisation and client relationship skills.

* A proactive, professional and team-oriented approach.

* Full clean driving licence preferred.
