The Role… SEN Cover Supervisor

Working closely with teachers and support staff, you'll encourage positive behaviour, build confidence, and help pupils engage with their learning in a safe and supportive environment.
Whether you're covering lessons in primary or secondary specialist settings, your role as an SEN Cover Supervisor will be key to maintaining consistency, promoting wellbeing, and helping pupils achieve their potential across Huddersfield.

Experienced working with children or young people in schools, youth work, residential care, or other support settings (teaching qualifications are not essential)
* Confident managing a classroom and supporting pupils with additional needs
* Calm, resilient, and able to adapt to a range of situations
