TeacherActive is proud to be working with a SEND school based in Coventry, who are looking for an LSA to join their supportive team. The school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment for pupils across primary and secondary ages, supporting students with a range of additional needs.
The school is looking to take on an LSA on a long-term basis, starting immediately or from September. The successful LSA will be supporting pupils across different year groups with mixed SEND needs, helping with learning, development, behaviour support and promoting independence within the classroom.
The successful LSA will have:
· Experience supporting children and young people within an education or care setting
· Experience working with pupils with SEND or additional needs
· A patient, resilient and nurturing approach
· Strong communication skills
· A willingness to support pupils across primary and secondary age groups
In return for the above you can expect to receive:
