Carmichael UK is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor with monitoring experience to support major construction activities on the HS2 project in Northamptonshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a nationally important project while working with a leading Tier 1 delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain survey control networks

Carry out setting out and topographical surveys

Undertake structural and environmental monitoring activities

Process and manage survey data using industry-standard software

Produce accurate survey reports and monitoring records

Support engineering teams with survey and monitoring requirements

Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Land Surveyor on major civil engineering or infrastructure projects

Strong monitoring experience (structural, settlement, deformation or environmental monitoring)

Proficient with Leica, Trimble or similar surveying equipment

Experience using survey processing software such as AutoCAD, LSS, N4CE or equivalent

Full UK driving licence

Right to work in the UK

Available to work on a PAYE basis
