Luma Education Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded specialist school supporting pupils with a range of SEND, including Autism (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, ADHD and communication difficulties. With small class sizes and a collaborative team, you'll have the time and support to help every pupil succeed.

The Role

You'll deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils' individual needs while creating a calm, structured and inclusive learning environment. Working closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists and pastoral staff, you'll help pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally.

We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Experienced Primary Teacher or ECT.

A passion for inclusive education and supporting children with additional needs.

Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills.

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

What You'll Receive

Permanent salary of £37,700–£43,000 (DOE, negotiable).

Excellent induction and mentoring, including full ECT support.

Ongoing SEND-specific CPD and career development.

Small class sizes with excellent classroom support.

Supportive leadership team that values staff wellbeing.
