As Lecturer & Programme Lead, you'll deliver engaging Electrical Installation programmes while leading your curriculum area and supporting learners to achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering practical and theory-based Electrical Installation programmes
Monitoring learner progress and achievement
Planning and delivering engaging learning
Supporting curriculum development
Working with employers and industry partners
Promoting an outstanding learner experience
About You
You'll ideally have:
Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification
Significant industry experience as an electrician
Level 2 Maths and English
Excellent communication skills
A passion for developing future talent
Teaching experience is welcomed but not essential.
