Location: Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire

* Rotating Mornings/Afternoons:
* Mornings: 6:00am – 2:00pm (Friday: 6:00am – 11:00am)
* Afternoons: 1:30pm – 9:30pm (Friday: 11:00am – 4:00pm) OR
* Weekend Days:
* Friday, Saturday & Sunday
* 6:00am – 6:00pm
About the Role
Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our Technical Ceramics site in Stourport-on-Severn.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment, supporting preventative maintenance activities, and helping to ensure our manufacturing operations run safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery and site facilities.
* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
* Maintain equipment including kilns, grinders, ball mills, compressors, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC-controlled systems.
* Support equipment installation, commissioning, and improvements.
* Assist with general facilities maintenance as required.
* Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with EHS standards.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to minimise downtime and improve reliability.
About You
Essential:
* Apprentice-trained engineer or equivalent engineering qualification.
* Mechanical maintenance experience with electrical qualifications to 17th Edition.
* C&G 236 Level 3 (or equivalent).
* Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
* Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Desirable:
* Experience maintaining manufacturing or production machinery.
* Experience working at height (cherry picker licence advantageous).
* Knowledge of health & safety and manual handling requirements.
