Job Title: Office Coordinator
Location: Gatwick
Salary: £15
Hours: Full-time onsite, Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Coordinator to join our clients busy and friendly team with an immediate start required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of daily business operations.

As the first point of contact for visitors, suppliers, and colleagues, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the office while providing essential administrative and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations and administration
Coordinate meeting rooms, office facilities, and equipment
Welcome visitors and handle incoming calls and correspondence
Order and maintain office supplies and stationery
Support onboarding activities for new employees
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
Assist with health and safety compliance and office policies
Support senior management with ad hoc administrative tasks
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providersAbout You

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in an Office Coordinator, Office Administrator, or similar role
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams)
Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
