A prestigious historic membership organisation is seeking a meticulous and detail orientated Finance Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis and support a major data reconciliation project.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys investigative work, has strong attention to detail, and is confident working with financial data.
What you'll be doing:
High-volume reconciliation of financial and organisational records
Allocating payments accurately within a bespoke internal system
Investigating and resolving data discrepancies and historic mismatches
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial records
Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc administration and finance tasksWhat we're looking for:
Previous finance, accounts, or reconciliation experience
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong data entry and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage high volumes of information
