Service Coordinator, Leicester £27,000 – £32,000

* 39-hour week – Full-time, permanent role – Monday to Thursday 8am–5pm, Friday 8am–1:30pm.

* £27,000 – £32,000 depending on experience + benefits.

* Well-established, family-owned engineering business specialising in the design and manufacture of industrial filtration systems.

Your background as a Service Coordinator:

* Previous experience in a Service Administrator, Service Coordinator, Customer Support or Administration role.

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

* Confident communicating with customers and engineers via phone and email.

* Proactive and able to ensure jobs are fully prepared before engineers attend site.

* Local to the Leicester office.

Service Coordinator responsibilities:

* Coordinate service visits and provide day-to-day administrative support to the Service Manager.

* Liaise with customers and field service engineers, keeping all parties updated throughout the process.

* Ensure all documentation, risk assessments, parts and equipment are in place before engineers attend site.

* Generate and issue service quotations and maintain accurate service records.

* Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.

This Service Coordinator role is based in Leicester and would suit candidates from Leicester, Loughborough, Hinckley, Market Harborough, Melton Mowbray, Coalville, Burton upon Trent, Leicestershire, Derbyshire and the surrounding areas.
