Our client, a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is expanding its Edinburgh based Project Management team. With workload continuing to grow, they're now looking to appoint an experienced Associate Director to help lead this next phase of growth.

The Role

As Associate Director, you'll sit at the heart of the team, combining technical delivery, commercial oversight and people leadership. You'll be trusted to run your own client relationships, shape how projects are delivered, and help build the team around you.

Overseeing tender documentation, appraisals and negotiations

Managing variations and changes once client approval is secured

Reporting into senior stakeholders, both internally and with clients and technical partners

Contributing to the wider operational direction of the business

Ensuring full compliance with relevant legislation, regulation and internal policy
