We're working with a rapidly growing business in Milton Keynes that's looking to expand its sales team with an ambitious B2B Sales Executive. If you enjoy speaking with businesses, building relationships and closing deals, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
The Role
You'll be responsible for identifying and engaging new business opportunities, introducing prospective clients to the company's services and managing the sales process from initial contact through to close.
This is a consultative sales role where you'll have the autonomy to build your own pipeline while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
What You'll Be Doing
* Proactively generating new business through outbound calls and prospecting.
* Building relationships with business decision-makers.
* Identifying client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
* Managing your own sales pipeline using the CRM system.
* Working towards achievable sales targets with uncapped earning potential.
About You
You'll ideally have experience in:
* B2B Sales
* Business Development
* Internal Sales
* Telesales
* Recruitment
* Account Management with a strong new business focus
You'll also be:
* Confident speaking with senior decision-makers.
* Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business.
* Resilient, driven and motivated by achieving targets.
* A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
