The successful teacher will be responsible for delivering tailored learning experiences to a class of 12 pupils within the school's Resource Base.
You will work alongside two permanent Teaching Assistants, who provide consistent support and have a strong understanding of the pupils' individual needs. This collaborative approach allows staff to create a positive, engaging and supportive learning environment where children can thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering differentiated lessons to meet individual needs
* Supporting pupils with a range of additional learning requirements
* Working closely with support staff, parents and external agencies
* Monitoring progress and adapting learning accordingly
* Promoting pupil confidence, independence and wellbeing
* Creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
