Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Chichester
Pay rate: £17.90-£19.00 PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay)
Hours/shifts:
Week 1 (term time)

Thursday: 4:30pm–8:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am–7:00pmWeek 2 (term time)

Thursday: 4:30pm–8:30pm
Sunday: 11:30am–6:00pmSchool holidays:

Monday: 10:00am–7:30pm
Tuesday & Wednesday: 4:00pm–8:30pm
Alternate Saturday: 9:00am–6:00pm and Sunday: 11:30am–6:00pmMust: Drive (UK license- manual or automatic)

Our client is 19 years old living with cerebral palsy and a wheelchair user
She requires support with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, moving and handling and medication administration.
Our client loves activities such as trips out in the community, meeting up with friends, shopping , going out in her wheelchair on walks, Television , reading, and music.
Successful Applicant:

Previous experience supporting young people or adults with complex needs such as cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury and epilepsy is essential.
Must hold a full Clean UK driving licence (manual or automatic) and have access to a reliable vehicle for work purposes.
An enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references will be required prior to employment.
