We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and personable Sales Account Manager to join our client's team in Guildford, Surrey. This full-time role involves managing and expanding existing customer accounts within a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include nurturing and developing relationships to maximise customer success, identifying new revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling, and leveraging data analytics to anticipate client needs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, confident, and highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience in Internal Sales or Customer Sales is desirable, but not essential
Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and analytics tools
A proactive approach with a desire to learn and develop in sales and account management
