Customer Service Advisor

Our client based in Bradford is seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing enquiries, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships and ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer telephone calls and provide a high level of customer service.

* Respond to customer enquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.

* Process and update customer information using the company's in-house system.

* Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests effectively.

* Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communications.

* Provide administrative support to the wider team when required.

* Ensure all customer information is handled confidentially and in line with company procedures.

Skills & Experience Required

* Previous customer service or office administration experience preferred.

* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.

* Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft professional emails.

* Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

* Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy environment.

* Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
