Position: Electrician

Location: Chichester, West Sussex

Salary: £38,230 - £41,766 (negotiable rates depending on experience)

We currently have an opportunity available to join a well-known Chichester-based electrical contractor who have been offering electrical installations, maintenance, and compliance services to domestic, commercial and industrial clients across the south coast for over 25 years.

Electrician Job Overview

Travelling to sites across the South Coast, mainly between Portsmouth and Worthing
Installing electrical systems including lighting and power supplies into commercial and industrial facilities including food manufacturing sites, schools, universities, and car manufacturing facilities
Completing routine electrical servicing, maintenance and testing jobs

Electrician Job Requirements

Fully Qualified Electrician holding NVQ Level 3, AM2, and 18th Edition
ECS/JIB Gold Card holder
2391 Inspection & Testing qualification desirable but not essential
Previous experience working on commercial/industrial electrical installation projects
Full UK driving licence
Based within a commutable distance of Chichester, West Sussex

Electrician Salary & Benefits

Basic salary £38,230 - £41,766 (Minimum JIB rates - negotiable depending on experience)
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Overtime paid at 2x for weekend work
21 days holiday, plus bank holidays (increasing with tenure)
Company van provided with a fuel card and optional personal use
