Customer Sales Advisor

Full Time | 37.5 Hours per Week | Monday–Friday
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £26,436 + Bonus Opportunity

We're looking for a Customer Sales Advisor to join a successful international business that supplies ingredients to customers across the globe. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a supportive and stable organisation that is passionate about training and development.

Previous industry experience is not essential. We're looking for enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and someone who enjoys working collaboratively with customers and colleagues alike.

What You'll Be Doing
Managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts
Processing customer orders received via email and through the company website
Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs
Working closely with Account Managers to support sales targets and customer requirements
Identifying opportunities to promote products to existing customers
Providing a high level of customer service and administrative support
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Learning and working with the company's new ERP systemThis is not a cold-calling sales role. The focus is on developing relationships with existing customers and ensuring they receive an excellent service.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence using IT systems and learning new software
A team player who enjoys contributing to a positive working environment
Customer service, administration or sales experience would be beneficial, but is not essentialWhat's On Offer?
Salary of £26,436 per annum
Bonus scheme with the potential to earn up to 20% additional earnings
Regular bonus payments, with team members typically earning additional monthly bonuses
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
