A fast-growing business with revenues exceeding 130m is seeking an experienced Head of Logistics Operations to lead its warehouse, stock and facilities teams.
You will be responsible for end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, fulfilment, freight, returns, supplier management and third-party logistics partners, leading a team of approximately 50 FTE.

Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations.
Drive improvements in delivery performance, customer experience and operational efficiency.
Manage health & safety, compliance and facility standards.
Lead, develop and motivate logistics teams.
Create and monitor KPIs, budgets and operational reporting.
Manage supplier, courier and 3PL relationships.
Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement programmes.
About You
Proven logistics, warehouse or distribution leadership experience.
Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience driving operational and process improvements.
Knowledge of warehouse systems, stock management and H&S requirements.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
