Multi Trader – Kitchens & Bathrooms (Social Housing)
Location: Birmingham or Coventry
Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced Multi Traders to join our social housing team carrying out planned kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works.
Pay:

£200–£270 per day
Price work available
Permanent positions available (£38,000–£42,000 per year)The Role:
Working in occupied social housing properties, you'll carry out a variety of repairs and installations as part of planned kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes. We're looking for reliable tradespeople who can complete work to a high standard and work professionally in customers' homes.
Typical duties include:

Kitchen and bathroom rip-outs
Kitchen unit installation
Internal carpentry including doors, skirting and architraves
Basic plumbing including sinks, toilets, taps and pipework
Wall and floor tiling
Patch plastering and making good
Vinyl and laminate flooring
Boxing in pipework
Silicone finishing
General maintenance and snagging
Working alongside site managers and other trades to complete projects on timeRequirements:

Experience working within social housing is preferred
Competent across multiple trades
Own van and tools preferred
Full UK Driving Licence
Good customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own workloadPermanent Benefits:
