Your responsibilities as Maintenance Engineer

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery and equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and technical faults to minimise downtime
Install and commission new machinery and systems when required
Complete welding, internal servicing and tool fitting activities
Maintain building guarding and ensure equipment complies with health and safety standards
Keep accurate maintenance records, servicing schedules and repair documentation
What we’re looking for in a Maintenance Engineer

Previous experience maintaining cold roll forming machines, presses or similar manufacturing equipment
Strong mechanical knowledge, including bearings, brakes and machine rolls
Electrical maintenance and fault-finding capability
Welding and tool fitting experience
Good understanding of health and safety requirements within a manufacturing environment
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pm
Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm
