The school has a strong focus on high standards of behaviour and achievement, with a supportive leadership team dedicated to helping both staff and students succeed.
The school is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor on a long-term basis from September. The successful Cover Supervisor will deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of Key Stage 3 subjects, manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure pupils remain engaged and on task throughout the school day.
The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
Experience working with young people within a UK secondary school setting
Confidence delivering pre-set work across Key Stage 3 classes
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
Strong communication and organisational skills
A flexible and adaptable approach to covering different subjects
A positive attitude and a passion for supporting students' learning
