Fire Alarm Engineer
Midlands Area
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 Basic + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Are you an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer looking to join a well-established company that specialises solely in fire safety?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business that focuses exclusively on fire compliance.
The Role
Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit a Fire Alarm Engineer to cover customer sites across the Midlands.
As a Fire Alarm Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
* Servicing and planned maintenance of fire alarm systems
* Fault finding and repairs
* Completing remedial works
* Maintenance of AOV (Automatic Opening Vent) systems
* Emergency lighting maintenance
* Fire extinguisher servicing
* Participating in the out-of-hours call out rota (1 week in 8)
You'll primarily be working across privately managed residential and commercial properties, delivering high-quality service and ensuring fire safety systems remain fully compliant.
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with Fire Alarm Engineers who have experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems and who are confident carrying out fault finding and repairs.
Experience with any of the following would be advantageous:
* AOV (Automatic Opening Vent) systems
* Emergency lighting
* Fire extinguishers
You should also have:
* A full UK driving licence
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* A professional, customer-focused approach
* The ability to travel throughout the Midlands
