Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Warehouse & Logistics Administrator to support our Warehouse and Logistics operation. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to work across logistics, warehouse administration, fleet support, and general business administration.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Support
* Carry out daily and weekly operational report checks.
* Assist with quotations and proof of delivery (POD) requests.
* Handle incoming logistics enquiries and direct them appropriately.
* Organise and coordinate company events, conferences, and functions.
* Arrange travel and accommodation for employees.
* Book training venues and support administrative tasks as required.
* Coordinate incoming deliveries with freight forwarders.
* Maintain and update delivery schedules and booking information.
* Check daily and weekly reports to ensure goods have been dispatched and received correctly.
* Assist with vehicle compliance checks and record keeping.
* Maintain fleet management data and associated systems.
* Support vehicle registration requirements and toll account administration.
* Ensure fuel card information is maintained and available for drivers.
What We're Looking For
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Warehouse or Logistics/Fleet admin experience
* Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
* A flexible and positive attitude.
