Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
Complete repairs within specified timescales while maintaining quality standards
Conduct vehicle health checks and identify additional work needed
Ensure all work adheres to manufacturer and dealership standards
Maintain accurate job records and workshop documentation
Deliver excellent customer satisfaction through quality workmanshipRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Previous experience within a franchised dealership or independent workshop
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
