Are you an experienced Project Officer with a strong understanding of data sharing, GDPR laws, governance and stakeholder engagement?
We are seeking a Senior Project Officer to join a busy team on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Eastbourne. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll responsible for the delivery of projects focusing on prevention of fraud.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, an excellent communicator and confident managing multiple priorities while ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support projects focused on fraud prevention initiatives
Develop, review and update policies, procedures and guidance documents
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and data sharing requirements
Organise, facilitate and chair national meetings, workshops and conferences
Build and maintain effective relationships with partner organisations and stakeholders
Prepare reports, presentations and briefing papers for senior management
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues
Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Support continuous improvement across project delivery and governance
Skills, Experience & Training Requirements
Previous experience in a Project Officer, Project Coordinator or similar role
Good understanding of data sharing legislation, including the Data Protection Act
Experience reviewing, developing and writing policy documents
Confident organising and leading national meetings, workshops and conferences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience working within a regulatory, public sector, financial services or governance environment would be advantageous
