Job Title: Channel Marketing Executive – London (Solar & Battery Storage)

Location: Croydon (Main Office) – Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)

Salary: £32,000 – £43,000 per annum + Performance Bonus

Contract: Full-time, Permanent Company: ApolloGrid (UK)

Apollogrid is a fast-growing renewable energy company specialising in high-quality Solar PV and Battery Storage installations for domestic homes. Part of the Rahvolt Group, we are rapidly expanding our operations across the UK with a clear ambition to become one of the leading providers in the domestic green energy sector.

Role Overview

You will own channel marketing for our London partner ecosystem (installers, distributors, property agents and developers). You will design and deliver co-marketing campaigns, partner enablement tools, offline events and digital promotions to help partners generate leads, increase sales and strengthen Apollo Grid’s brand presence in the London market.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and manage relationships with London channel partners and create tailored co-marketing & incentive programmes.

* Develop and maintain professional partner marketing toolkits (brochures, case studies, social media assets, etc.).

* Plan and execute regional events such as partner salons, product training sessions, roadshows and joint promotions.

* Run targeted digital channel marketing including joint social media, Google Ads and local community promotion.

* Track campaign performance, analyse leads, conversion rates and ROI, and produce monthly reports.

* Collaborate closely with the London Channel Sales team to support partner activation and deal closure.

* Monitor local renewable energy policy, competitor activity and market trends.

Person Specification – Essential Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent relevant experience.

* Minimum 2 years’ B2B channel / partner marketing experience in the UK.

* Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to write marketing copy and host events.

* Proven experience independently organising offline events (salons, roadshows, exhibitions).

* Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems and Excel.

* Data-driven with the ability to measure ROI and optimise campaigns.

* Based in London (Croydon area preferred) and willing to travel within Greater London when required.

Desirable

* Experience in renewable energy, solar, home improvement or construction sectors.

* Existing network in the solar/installer/property developer channels.

* Basic graphic design skills (Canva / Photoshop).

* Knowledge of UK solar and battery storage incentives.

* Working hours: 37.7 hours per week (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
