PTS - General Foreman

PTS General Foreman Required – Civils

Location: Fosse Way, SN14 7
Rate: £350 per day (CIS)
Duration: Long-term civils project

We are currently recruiting an experienced General Foreman to join a busy civils project based in Fosse Way, SN14 7 area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced civils supervisor looking for long-term work with an established contractor.

Requirements:

* Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) – Essential

* Valid CSCS Card

* Proven experience as a General Foreman / Civils Foreman

* Strong background supervising civils works

* Ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily activities

* Good understanding of health & safety procedures

* Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

* Strong communication and leadership skills

Duties:

* Supervising day-to-day civils operations on site

* Managing site teams and coordinating labour

* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification

* Monitoring quality and progress of works

* Liaising with Site Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors

* Completing site documentation and reporting requirements

* Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
