They are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead their department through the growth and changes. Key areas of responsibility include:
* Lead and develop a multi‑disciplinary quality team, including engineers, technicians and inspectors.
* Ensure sustainable implementation of high‑standard Quality Management Systems, end‑to‑end processes, audits and assurance.
* Own and report on the Cost of Poor Quality across processes, driving efficiencies and reducing recurring issues.
* Raise and embed quality standards across upstream and downstream production processes to improve product quality and reliability.
* Take responsibility for quality, ISO compliance and audit activity—leading investigations, driving corrective actions and closing out NCs/MNCs.
You will have/be:
* Experienced within a quality discipline in a production, manufacturing or engineering environment.
* A strong leader with excellent people management and team‑development skills.
* An effective communicator with strong stakeholder‑management capability.
* Knowledgeable in ISO9001 quality management standards (ISO45001/50001 beneficial).
* Experienced in Production Control and Control Measures.
* Detail‑oriented with a passion for continuous improvement.
