An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well established domiciliary care service in Dereham. This is the perfect opportunity for a confident operational leader with experience in managing large services, driving compliance and building high-performing teams.
The branch already has a loyal, knowledgeable and highly supportive team. What they need is an experienced leader who can provide clear direction, operational excellence and strong management to unlock the branch’s full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day to day operations of the domiciliary branch.
Maintain exceptional CQC compliance and governance standards.
Mobilise new care packages and contracts.
Generate new private domiciliary care and live-in care opportunities.
Provide leadership and support to the office team.
Identify new markets, partnerships and growth opportunities.
Ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.
About you:
Experience managing busy, fast paced domiciliary services operating at high hours of care.
Proven track record of achieving Good ratings with CQC.
Experienced in mobilising new care packages, contracts and service expansions.
Able to implement effective systems, processes and performance management frameworks.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritse effectively in a fast moving environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with staff, families, commissioners and healthcare professionals.
