Warehouse Late Shift Supervisor Location: Snetterton, Norfolk
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-10:00pm
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Late Shift Supervisor to lead a small warehouse team on our afternoon/evening late shift. This is a hands-on role where you'll oversee the picking, packing, loading and dispatch of furniture, ensuring high standards of accuracy, quality and health & safety are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate and support the late shift warehouse team.
Pick, pack and prepare goods for delivery.
Ensure all orders are dispatched accurately and damage-free.
Oversee the safe loading of 3.5-tonne delivery vans.
Complete shift handovers and resolve any outstanding issues.
Maintain high housekeeping and health & safety standards.
Monitor team performance and delegate workloads effectively.
Support the Warehouse Manager with the day-to-day running of the warehouse.
About You:
Previous experience supervising or managing a warehouse team.
Hands-on approach with strong leadership skills.
Physically fit and comfortable handling large furniture items.
Good attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
