Role Overview
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established and highly respected organisation. This role combines managing a loyal landlord portfolio with generating new business opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the continued success of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Register applicants and arrange property viewings
Negotiate tenancy offers between landlords and tenants
Build and maintain strong landlord relationships
Generate new landlord instructions and business opportunities
Progress tenancies from offer through to move-in
Ensure compliance with lettings legislation
Maintain accurate CRM records
Achieve lettings and business development targets
Experience Required for This Role:
Previous lettings or property experience
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Good understanding of lettings legislation and the Renters' Rights Act
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Self-motivated and target-driven approach
Full UK Driving Licence
Professional and well-presented manner
Experience in landlord retention and relationship management
