What will you be doing?
You'll be supporting adults with learning disabilities, individuals who may display behaviours of concern, and people who simply need a little extra support to live independently and enjoy life.
One day you might be:
* ** Enjoying a coffee and a chat.
* ** Supporting someone with their weekly shopping.
* ** Helping someone enjoy their favourite hobby.
* ** Assisting with everyday living skills.
* ** Celebrating the little victories that make a huge difference.
No two shifts are ever the same—and that's exactly why people love this role!
Do you need experience?
Experience is always welcome, but it's certainly not everything.
If you're kind, patient, reliable, have a good sense of humour, and genuinely want to make a positive difference to someone's day, we'd love to hear from you. We can teach the practical skills—you bring the compassion.
