We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Domiciliary Care Workers. In this role, you will support people in their own homes to live safely, independently, and with dignity. No two days are the same, and your work will make a genuine difference in someone’s life.
🧭 Key Responsibilities
*
Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
*
Support with medication (following training and company policy)
*
Assist with meal preparation, hydration, and nutritional needs
*
Help with mobility, using equipment safely where required
*
Offer companionship, emotional support, and social interaction
*
Support with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
*
Maintain accurate records and report any concerns promptly
*
Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing at all times

A caring, patient, and respectful approach
*
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
*
Reliability and commitment to high-quality care
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
Willingness to travel between clients’ homes
*
Experience in care is helpful but not essential – full training provided
*
Must be eligible to work in the UK
