We are seeking a new member to join our CNC department, focusing on operating a CNC machine and assisting with sales.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manufacture products according to company procedures and systems.
- Unload components from the CNC lasers, ensuring that all parts are identified, labeled, and palletized in compliance with company standards.
- Ensure the quality of products meets the required standards and complete documentation accurately.
- Utilize your time effectively to ensure efficient machine capacity.
- Cooperate effectively with the team and demonstrate flexibility through overtime and shift work as needed.
- Collect materials from storage racks and record their usage when appropriate.
- Identify and report any noticeable defects in plant or equipment.
- Support equipment maintenance and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhere to health and safety legislation and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
**Desired Candidate Qualities:**
- Good timekeeping and attendance.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong task prioritization skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proactive with a positive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of Press Brake machines is preferred but not essential
