Role Overview
We are looking for a Change Practitioner to support the successful delivery and adoption of a major business transformation programme. Working as part of a wider Change Management team, you will help ensure that stakeholders are prepared for, engaged in, and able to adopt new processes, ways of working, and business changes.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a high-profile transformation initiative, supporting organisational readiness through effective change planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify how business changes affect stakeholders, processes, and ways of working.
- Support the development and delivery of change management plans to enable successful adoption of new processes and capabilities.
- Design, coordinate, and support the delivery of training aligned to business change initiatives.
- Develop and maintain change reporting, including readiness assessments, training completion, stakeholder engagement, and adoption metrics.
- Deliver change interventions, including communications, guidance materials, workshops, and engagement sessions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
- Gather and analyse stakeholder feedback and change data to provide insights and recommendations that improve change outcomes.
- Support change governance activities and contribute to continuous improvement across the change function.
Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting organisational change or business transformation programmes.
- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Experience developing communications, training, and engagement materials.
- Ability to analyse information and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working within complex programmes or regulated environments is advantageous.
