Finance Rebates Analyst

Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days in the office (Tues-Thurs)

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end monthly client rebate calculation and payment process for international investors.
• Maintain rebate agreements, complete client-level calculations, and process payments accurately and on time.
• Work closely with client service teams and transfer agents to coordinate payment instructions and resolve queries.
• Assist with month-end accounting activities, financial investigations, and accounts payable tasks.
• Collaborate with finance teams to gather, review, and analyse financial data.
• Maintain finance policies and procedures, supporting process improvements and financial control initiatives.

What you bring

• 1-2 years' experience in a finance or operations role within asset management.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to meet tight deadlines, manage competing priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
