We are currently recruiting for an exciting Senior Supply Chain Analyst opportunity within a leading global retail company. This role sits at the intersection of supply chain operations, business intelligence, and data analytics, helping drive operational excellence across a large-scale retail store network.

• Translate complex data into actionable insights that improve supply chain performance and operational efficiency.
• Develop and deliver Business Intelligence reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations to support key business objectives.
• Analyze end-to-end supply chain performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives focused on critical KPIs.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across commercial, finance, planning, technology, and analytics functions to solve business challenges.
• Design and implement innovative analytical solutions that enhance decision-making and unlock value creation.
• Act as a key link between Supply Chain and Data Engineering teams, gathering requirements, supporting testing activities, and improving data quality and accessibility.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual work and increase operational effectiveness.
• Promote data literacy and analytical best practices within the wider business.
• Contribute to strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain function.

? Strong experience in Business Analytics, ideally within Retail, E-commerce, Omni-channel, or Supply Chain environments

? Advanced SQL and Tableau skills (essential)

? Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to transform large datasets into meaningful business insights

? Experience building dashboards, reporting solutions, and self-service analytics tools

? Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior audiences

? Experience leading medium-to-large projects and driving initiatives independently

? Knowledge of advanced analytics methodologies such as Python, Machine Learning, Optimization, or Operations Research is highly desirable

? Detail-oriented mindset combined with a proactive approach to identifying and solving business challenges

Start Date: 3rd of August for 6months +
Location: Hilversum, NL - 3 days onsite, 2 days form home
