Manage and coordinate administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Supervise and guide the secretarial and business support team to achieve objectives.
Streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding administrative requirements.
Monitor and allocate resources to meet team and organisational goals effectively.
Prepare and manage budgets related to the business support department.
