We're looking for an organised, customer-focused Account Executive to join our growing Commercial team and help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers from order through to delivery.

What you'll be doing
Working with a range of premium retail, wholsale and foodservice customers you'll play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery and invoicing.
Coordinating with Production, Logistics and Finance to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Building strong day-to-day relationships with customers.
Producing reports, forecasts and performance insights.
Supporting Account Managers with customer meetings and commercial activity.
Maintaining CRM systems and customer records.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
What we're looking for
You'll be someone who enjoys working in a busy, collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Ideally, you'll have:
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Good analytical skills and confidence working with Excel.
Experience using CRM or ERP systems.
The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
