Caring, patient, and approachable with a positive attitude
Able to motivate and encourage pupils of different abilities
A strong communicator who works well as part of a team
Reliable, adaptable, and committed to providing high-quality support
Previous experience in a school, childcare, or educational support role is desirable but not essential
