The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join a high-performing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building lasting client relationships, driving account growth, and acting as a trusted technology advisor.

You'll take ownership of an established portfolio while identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts and generate new business. Working closely with technical specialists, you'll ensure clients receive innovative solutions that add genuine business value.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop a portfolio of existing client accounts, building long-term relationships.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell IT solutions across your customer base.
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and client introductions.
Understand client challenges and recommend tailored technology solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and account development plans.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to provide consultative advice.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.About You

Minimum of 2 years' experience in IT account management, IT sales, or B2B technology sales.
Strong understanding of IT solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or managed services.
Proven track record of growing accounts and delivering against sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Commercially driven with a consultative approach to sales.
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Passionate about technology and delivering outstanding customer experiences.What's on Offer?
