About the Role

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Brent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing.

Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will help create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities
Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
Provide individual and small-group support to pupils, including those with additional learning needs
Assist with the preparation of learning resources and classroom activities
Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and social development
Support positive behaviour management strategies
Help maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals
About You

The successful candidate will be:

Passionate about working with children and supporting their education
Patient, approachable, and a positive role model
Able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
A good communicator with a willingness to learn and develop
Previous experience working in a school or childcare setting is desirable but not essential
