The Company

Our client is an established design & build fit-out contractor delivering high-quality commercial office refurbishment projects across the UK. Their portfolio includes CAT A, CAT A+ and CAT B office fit outs, workplace refurbishments and design & build schemes for a wide range of blue-chip clients.

Projects typically range from £250k - £5m, with a strong focus on quality, collaboration and delivering exceptional customer experiences from pre-construction through to handover. The business has built an excellent reputation within the commercial office sector and continues to secure repeat business through long-standing client relationships.

The Role

Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Project Manager to oversee commercial office refurbishment and fit out projects from start to finish.

You'll take full ownership of multiple projects, ensuring they're delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to an exceptional standard.

This is a client-facing role where you'll work closely with internal teams, consultants and subcontractors to deliver high-quality workplace environments.

Responsibilities

Manage CAT A, CAT A+ and CAT B office fit out and refurbishment projects.
Take projects from pre-start through to completion and handover.
Produce and manage project programmes.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour.
Chair client and site progress meetings.
Monitor budgets, variations and project costs alongside the commercial team.
Ensure Health & Safety compliance across all sites.
Maintain excellent relationships with clients and consultants.
Identify and resolve project risks before they impact programme.
Deliver projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing commercial office fit out or refurbishment projects.
Background delivering CAT A and CAT B projects.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
Good commercial awareness.
Ability to lead projects independently.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred.
Full UK Driving Licence.
