Project Administrator / Project Assistant – Northamptonshire – Salary up to £32,000 pa DOE + Benefits - REF 076
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum (DOE) + Benefits
Monday – Friday
40 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and growing engineering manufacturer based in Northamptonshire. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Project Administrator / Project Assistant to support the successful delivery of customer projects from order through to completion.
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider operational teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to customer expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has excellent communication and administration skills.
This is a day shift position working Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and project team.
* Assist with coordinating customer projects from enquiry through to completion.
* Maintain project documentation, schedules and trackers.
* Monitor project progress and proactively communicate updates.
* Support planning activities and help ensure deadlines are met.
* General office and project administration duties as required.
Skills & Experience Needed:
* Previous experience within an Administrator or similar role.
* Experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment is highly desirable but not essential
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently at all levels.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
