Caretaker

Key responsibilities include:

Opening and securing the school site
Carrying out basic maintenance and minor repairs
Monitoring site safety and reporting issues
Supporting cleaning standards across the school
Maintaining outdoor areas and ensuring the site is tidy and presentable
Assisting with deliveries, room setups, and school eventsThe ideal candidate will have:

Previous caretaking, maintenance, or facilities experience
Good practical and DIY skills
A proactive and flexible approach to work
The ability to work independently and use initiative
