Experience operating at the level of Contract Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Pre-Construction Manager, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead teams through the early stages of project delivery.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
A commercial mindset with the ability to balance quality, cost, programme, and risk.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across multiple workstreams.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to make informed decisions.
A sound understanding of modern construction methods, procurement routes, and project delivery.
A relevant construction qualification or equivalent industry experience.
