We are looking for a reliable and motivated Panel Wirer to join our workshop team in Westbury. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in electrical control panel wiring, with full training provided. Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Wire electrical control panels from electrical drawings and schematics.
* Identify and report any drawing discrepancies to the Electrical Supervisor.
* Book in deliveries and complete company procedures relating to delivery notes and order numbers.
* Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop.
* Work to a high standard of quality while meeting production deadlines.
What We're Looking For
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to read electrical drawings (desirable)
* Good attention to detail.
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday
* 8:30am – 5:00pm
* 40 hours per week
* 10–15 minute morning break
* 30-minute lunch break at 1:00pm
Pay & Benefits
* £13.50 per hour
* Overtime paid at 1.5x the hourly rate
* 22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
* 3 holiday days reserved for the Christmas shutdown
* Full training provided
* Stable, full-time employment

Experience
Experience in panel wiring, electrical assembly or electrical engineering is an advantage, but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates who are keen to learn and develop a career in electrical manufacturing
