Registered Building Inspector (Contract)

Contract: 6 Month Rolling Contract
Rate: £55–£60 per hour
Hours: Full-Time Preferred (Part-Time Considered)
Working Pattern: Hybrid

A new opportunity has arisen for a Registered Building Inspector to join a Building Control team in the Cheshire area on a 6 month rolling contract.

This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement and would suit an experienced RBI looking to join a close-knit, supportive team. You'll be working under an experienced and approachable manager, with both full-time and part-time candidates encouraged to apply.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out a mixture of Building Control duties, such as site inspections and plan checking, across a range of projects, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations while delivering a high-quality service to customers and stakeholders.
